Request deletion of data associated with CAPI Auditor
CAPI Auditor is an internal server-to-server tool used by authorized staff and service providers to manage Facebook and Instagram advertising assets Freds Truck Accessories LLC owns or is authorized to manage. It has no public signup and does not use consumer Facebook Login.
Submit a deletion request
Email david@fredsta.com with the exact subject “CAPI Auditor data deletion request”. Include your name, business or organization, role, the relevant Meta business, ad account, Page, dataset, or advertising asset if known, an associated non-secret identifier if applicable, and the records or date range to review. Do not send passwords, tokens, secrets, payment information, or government-issued identification.
Verification, scope, and exceptions
We may verify your identity and authority to request deletion. Once verified, covered data and applicable service-provider copies will be deleted or de-identified without undue delay. Covered data includes applicable CAPI Auditor records for Meta advertising assets, advertising settings and measurement data, and related system-user metadata, timestamps, errors, and security or audit logs. We do not represent that CAPI Auditor processes lead-form submissions, customer lists, custom-audience source files, comments or messages, or individual consumer profiles. Lawful, security, and backup-rotation exceptions may apply.
Revoke future Meta Business access
An authorized administrator can revoke future access in Meta Business settings by removing the relevant system user or app access, removing assigned assets or permissions, and rotating or invalidating associated tokens as appropriate.
