Meta Platform Data Privacy Notice for CAPI Auditor

Freds Truck Accessories LLC is responsible for CAPI Auditor. CAPI Auditor is an internal server-to-server tool used only by authorized staff and service providers to manage Facebook and Instagram advertising assets Freds Truck Accessories LLC owns or is authorized to manage. It has no public signup and does not provide consumer Facebook Login.
Meta Platform Data We Handle
CAPI Auditor may handle Meta business, ad-account, Page, dataset, campaign, ad-set, ad, and creative identifiers; budgets, schedules, targeting settings, destination URLs, creative references, delivery state, and performance metrics; Page identity and post data only when an operator uses it; and system-user and token metadata, request timestamps, errors, and security and audit logs. It does not process lead-form submissions, customer lists, custom-audience source files, comments or messages, or individual consumer profiles.
Purposes, sharing, and security
We use Meta Platform Data only to create, review, update, pause, measure, troubleshoot, secure, and audit authorized ads. We do not sell Meta Platform Data or use it for eligibility, surveillance, or unrelated profiling. Service providers for hosting, secret management, logging and support, and AI-assisted operational tooling may process it only to support CAPI Auditor. Access follows least-privilege practices and secrets are protected.
Retention and rights
We retain data only as needed and delete or de-identify it when access ends, Meta directs deletion, or a valid request applies, subject to lawful, security, and backup-rotation exceptions.
